Program name and description

Demo Heating & Air Customer Care. When you contact us — by calling our number, texting it, or starting a chat on this website — our automated assistant replies by text message to answer your questions, gather details about a repair or quote request, and help arrange a visit. Every message is a reply to a conversation you started. We do not send promotional or marketing messages on this number.

How you opt in

You consent to receive messages by contacting us first, in any of these ways:

Calling us. If we miss your call, our greeting tells you that our automated assistant will text you back at that number.
Using the chat on this website. A notice above the chat box explains that sharing your phone number means you agree to receive texts about your inquiry.
Texting us directly.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. We never buy, sell, share, or transfer your consent or your mobile information.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, and depends on the conversation you start with us. You will only receive messages in response to an inquiry you began.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending them. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages after that. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To start again later, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device.
